The contribution and support provided by the GOC’s Medical Physics Team is crucial and important. They work-out the radiotherapy plan and in collaboration with the radiation oncologists determine how the dose will be delivered to the target tumor. They are also responsible for ensuring the quality of radiotherapy. The Department is headed by the Coordinators-Medical Physicists Paul Doolan, Giannis Rousakis and Panagiotis Chatzitheodorou, and is staffed by Georgios Antorkas, Leonidas Georgiou, Maria Nikolaou, Konstantina Prokopiou, and Elena Ttofi.
