Our mission is to offer high quality medical services to each and every patient who entrust us with their care. Our Center meets all necessary quality standards and regulations set by the State.
In this regard, GOC was awarded the following certifications:
-EN ISO 9001: Quality Management System in all its services, awarded in 2015, and
-ELOT Standard 1801: Management Systems for Occupational Safety and Health, awarded in 2008.
All operational procedures of the GOC have been successfully audited by the certification authority Q-CERT. This confirms that our hospital operates effectively and offers services of high-quality.
Focusing on each and every patient, and guided by our motto: “We can always do better”, the GOC Management Team:
- Will meet the requirements and needs of the public, always operating within the relevant laws and regulations.
- Will implement, review and improve the services offered on an ongoing basis, and will continuously monitor and check on their effectiveness.
- Will invest in education and updated training programmes, enabling staff to promote quality and contemporary practice in all areas and activities.
The effective implementation of the Quality Management System is under the constant supervision and support of the Management of the Department of Human Resources and the Management of the Center.
