Upon completion of the results, an email will be sent with a link to access the Portal, along with the login details. Your email address will also be your username for accessing the Portal. Please be advised that the password that you will receive can only be used once during your first login and you will be asked to change it for future access.

In case you do not know your password or have forgotten it (after the first login), click on “Forgot your password” at the bottom of the login page and follow the instructions that will be sent to your email.

On the Portal you can access and download your images and medical reports. On the home page under the option “Open in Image Viewer” (on the right hand side of the screen, point 2), you can print the original medical report (point 3) as well as export the images (last option in toolbar (three dots – point 4), “Export DICOM”, point 5). On downloading the images an image viewer is also included, which can be used to create your own CD/DVD/USB.

You can also share your results with your doctor by selecting “Actions” and then “Share” from the home page (point 1). There you will be asked to enter you doctor’s email as well as a security code which will be sent to your health care provider.
